Did you know...

To keep your teeth white...

Be careful with acidic foods and abrasive toothpastes. Teeth are composed of enamel (whitish) on the surface and dentin (yellowish) on the inside. When we lose layers of enamel, our teeth appear more yellow.

Tips and tricks to avoid premature loss of enamel layers:

  • Wait 30 minutes after eating or drinking (except water) before brushing your teeth.

  • Do not use "whitening" or "charcoal" toothpastes regularly.

  • Finish acidic meals with cheese to rebalance your mouth's pH.
